“Meet Our Model”

***Personal & Career Journey***
My journey into modeling began with a single test shoot in Dallas, Texas, for Paradise Portfolios. What started as a one-time experience quickly turned into something much bigger. From that moment forward, I never stopped. It felt like stepping onto a moving train that had no intention of slowing down, and I chose to ride it fully.
Can you tell us a little about yourself and how you started your modeling career?
What inspired you to become a model?
It was pure curiosity. I came across a casting call and decided to explore it without expectations. That curiosity opened a door that led to an entire career I hadn’t originally planned, but quickly embraced.
Was there a defining moment that made you realize modeling was your true passion?
There wasn’t a single moment, but rather a continuous flow of opportunity. I would complete one contract and walk straight into another. It felt almost beyond my control. The work was there, and people wanted me for it. That realization was both surprising and affirming, and it solidified my place in the industry.
Industry Experience & Challenges
What has been the most exciting or memorable shoot you’ve worked on?
My Sports Illustrated Swimsuit shoot stands out as one of the most exciting and memorable experiences of my career. Beyond the shoot itself, the relationships I built have lasted, and I’m still friends with those photographers today. That kind of connection makes the experience even more meaningful.
Have you faced any challenges in the modeling industry? If so, how did you overcome them?
One of the biggest challenges was the constant travel. I was working full-time while also flying across the country for shoots. It required discipline, time management, and resilience. I overcame it by staying organized and committed to my goals, no matter how demanding the schedule became.
How do you prepare for a big shoot or runway show?
Preparation is everything. I pre-pack all of my outfits in coded garment bags and maintain a visual gallery to keep everything organized. This system allows me to move efficiently and stay focused, especially in high-pressure environments where timing and precision matter.
Creative Process & Style
How would you describe your modeling style?
I consider myself a free spirit. My style is adaptable and fearless. I lean into the vision of the photographer and push boundaries creatively. The more daring the concept, the more I’m willing to explore it.
Do you prefer editorial, commercial, or runway modeling, and why?
Editorial modeling is my preference. It allows for deeper creativity and expression, and I’ve had the opportunity to be published many times in this space. Editorial work tells a story, and that’s where I feel most connected to the art.
What role do you think storytelling plays in modeling?
Storytelling is everything. The most powerful images evoke emotion and create a narrative. I’m especially drawn to concept shoots that go beyond aesthetics and leave the viewer feeling something.

Jerry Martin, based in Colorado Springs and Las Vegas, has been a major source of inspiration. His talent, vision, and ability to create compelling imagery have influenced me greatly.
Are there any models, photographers, or designers who have inspired you?
***Influences & Inspirations***
How do you stay motivated and continue growing as a model?
I stay motivated by constantly exploring new concepts and evolving with the industry. Growth comes from staying current, challenging yourself creatively, and never becoming complacent.
What are your biggest career goals for the future?
***Future Goals & Advice***
My long-term goal is to transition from being in front of the camera to working behind it. With my experience across multiple facets of the industry, I’m excited to expand further into photography and creative direction.
Do you have any dream collaborations or brands you'd love to work with?
I would love to collaborate with western lifestyle brands such as Wrangler or Carhartt. Their aesthetic aligns naturally with my background and personal style.
What advice would you give to aspiring models looking to break into the industry?
Build a strong, versatile portfolio that showcases your range. Don’t shy away from the camera. Confidence is key. Be bold, be brave, and don’t let fear of judgment hold you back. Most of those doubts exist only in your own mind. Step forward and own your space.
